Shipping policy
Shipping and Risk
We ship all orders via MyParcel (PostNL/DHL/DPD). Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
For consumer purchases, we remain responsible until you have physically received your package. If a shipment is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us within 7 days of latest expected delivery date (or receipt date) here.
Standard shipments are not or only partially insured. If you would like your order to be shipped with additional insurance coverage, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know before placing your order if you wish to make use of this option.
In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will:
- File a claim with the carrier via MyParcel, and
- Once approved by the carrier, provide a refund or replacement up to the insured value of the shipment.
Limitations
We are not responsible for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, or for uncollected parcels returned from a pick-up location. Additionally, Origin. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery Times and Costs
Normally your order will be dispatched between 1-3 business days. This may vary during holidays or busy periods and will be communicated. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail contains all the shipping information you need to track your order.
At Origin. we are only shipping within the EU. We are located in the Netherlands and from here the shipping is arranged.
NL.
For orders placed in the Netherlands delivery may take between 1-3 business days. There will be free shipping on orders above €125. For orders under €125 the standard shipping fee of €3 applies.
Zone 1.
For orders placed in zone 1, delivery may take between 2-7 business days, depending on the location. There will be free shipping for orders above €190 euro. For orders under €190 the standard shipping fee will be €6.
Countries in zone 1: Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria and Spain.
Zone 2.
For orders placed in zone 2, delivery may take between 2-7 business days, depending on the location. Orders from zone 2 will pay a standard shipping fee of €9.
Countries in zone 2: Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
Zone 3.
For orders placed in zone 3, delivery may take between 2-7 business day, depending on the location. Orders from zone 3 will pay a standard shipping fee of €12.
Countries in zone 3: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Sweden.
Deliveries in the Rest of the World
In the early stages of our company we are unable to give an indication for shipping to the rest of the world. If you are interested in our products from outside the EU, please reach out to us via our contact form and we will see what we can do.
Track and Trace
When the package is received by the courier (subject to the order's location), you will be sent a tracking code to monitor the shipment.
