  • How do your sizes fit?
    Our sizes follow a standard fit. If you're still in doubt or between sizes, we suggest checking our size guide on the product pages to find the perfect match.

  • What materials do you use?
    We use high-quality, responsibly sourced fabrics, including organic cotton. We prioritize comfort, durability, and sustainability.

  • How should I care for my clothes?
    To make your clothes last: wash inside out, on cold, and hang to dry. Avoid bleach or tumble drying to preserve fabric and print quality. For detailed care instructions, please refer to the label inside the garment.
Shipping & Delivery
  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location:

    NL. 1-3 working days, depending on destination. Free shipping above €125.
    Zone 1. 2-7 working days, depending on destination. Free shipping above €190.
    Zone 2. 2-7 working days, depending on destination.
    Zone 3. 2-7 working days, depending on destination.

  • Can I track my order?
    Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship within the EU. Customs fees may apply, depending on your country.
Returns & Exchanges

  • How can I return my order?
  1. Go to our “Returns” page on our site originthebrand.com
  2. Click on “Make a Return”.
  3. Complete the form on the website and submit your return request.
  4. We (Origin.) will receive your return request and contact you.
  5. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with a link to pay for your return label.
  6. After payment, you can download the label.
  7. Fill in the return form included with your package (see reverse side) and place it inside your return parcel.
  8. Return your items undamaged and in the original packaging in which your order was delivered.
  9. Remove any old shipping labels or stickers form the box.
  10. Seal the box securely with tape and attach the new return label. Make sure the label is clearly visible so it can be scanned by the courier.
  11. Drop off your package at the same post office that delivered your order. Keep the shipping receipt until you receive an email confirming that your return has been received at our warehouse.
  12. If the above conditions/return requirements are met, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 business days.

  • Is it free to return my order?
    Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns at this moment. The cost for a return will vary depending on the shipping company and country that you ship from. We recommend to use a valid email address for returning orders. If an invalid email address is used, we cannot be held accountable for missing items.

  • I received a damaged item, what should I do?
    We’re very sorry that your purchased item is damaged. Please reach out to us here and we will handle the problem accordingly.
    Return costs for damaged items will be covered by Origin.

  • Do I need to set up an account to order something online?
    When placing an order, it is not necessary to create an Origin. account. You can also order as a guest.

  • What are the advantages of an Origin. account?
    Creating an Origin. account will allow you to make purchases faster. Your address details will be saved and filled in automatically and all your orders can be found in one place.

  • How do I create an account?
    Click on the profile button at the top right of your screen. If you fill in the detailed form, an account will be created.

Where can I find my invoice?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the invoice and a tracking code. Should you not receive your invoice, please contact us here.

We ship all orders via MyParcel (PostNL/DHL/DPD). Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.
For consumer purchases, we remain responsible until you have physically received your package. If a shipment is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us within 7 days of latest expected delivery date (or receipt date) here.

Standard shipments are not or only partially insured. If you would like your order to be shipped with additional insurance coverage, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please let us know before placing your order if you wish to make use of this option.

In the event a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will:

  • File a claim with the carrier via MyParcel, and
  • Once approved by the carrier, provide a refund or replacement up to the insured value of the shipment.
Limitations

We are not responsible for damages arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, or for uncollected parcels returned from a pick-up location. Additionally, Origin. is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

Zone 1.
For orders placed in zone 1, delivery may take between 2-7 business days, depending on the location. There will be free shipping for orders above €190 euro. For orders under €190 the standard shipping fee will be €6.

Countries in zone 1: Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Austria and Spain.

Zone 2. 
For orders placed in zone 2, delivery may take between 2-7 business days, depending on the location. Orders from zone 2 will pay a standard shipping fee of €9.

Countries in zone 2: Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic.

I received a damaged item, what should I do?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if one or multiple items are defective, or if you received the wrong item(s), so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return costs.

How do I receive my refund? And when?

You will receive your refund through the same payment method/account you used to place the order.

Upon receiving all returns, our warehouse will process the items and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will credit the corresponding amount to your account no later than 10 business days after the confirmation.
The time for your refund to arrive to your account depends on your bank or credit provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

  • After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
  • The hangtag with the cord must also be returned.
  • Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Damages and Issues
